Approach
We follow the Uniform Standard of Appraisal Practices (USPAP) set by the National Appraisal Foundation for each project.
All appraisals are completed in a uniform report and consider all three approaches to value:
- Cost Approach
- Income Approach
- Sales Approach
Our appraisal process is quick and easy:
Step 1
Submit a request for an appraisal – include your name, contact info, and location of property.
Step 2
Our appraiser will then contact you for further details regarding your property.
Step 3
A fee and timeline is quoted and if accepted an engagement letter will be signed.
Step 4
Property inspection will be scheduled with the landowner to inspect, interview, and take photos.
Step 5
Produce report and form an opinion of value.
Step 6
Report is sent to the intended user via email or mail.
