For Sellers

Your Local Broker

A unique advantage at NextAg is that our agents live and work in the communities throughout our service areas. Living in these service areas allows them to know the market extensively and know the most effective way to sell your property. Our agents tailor each sale to fit the seller and stop at nothing to get you the highest possible price for your property.

Private Treaty Sales

The private treaty sales method allows you to determine a price you would like to list your property to the public. This property will then exclusively be listed with NextAg Appraisal & Realty for an agreed upon term and price. The method allows you to market your property, receive offers, and make decisions on your timeline without the added pressures of perhaps an auction situation.

Auction Methods

The auction method, in the right environment, can be a great method to sell your property. NextAg offers multiple different auction techniques and tools to help get top dollar for your property. As always, you as the seller are in full control of the terms and conditions of the auction and sale.

The auction method allows for a quicker turnaround time when selling your property. Normally 30-60 days of marketing is utilized up until the auction date and then closing following another 30 days after that. Again, these terms are always negotiable and determined by the seller.

NextAg Advantage

The NextAg advantage, when it comes to selling your property, is that we know how important this transaction is because we are landowners as well. We are a family owned and operated business where the owner was raised on a multi-generational Nebraska farm where hard work and doing the right thing is the standard. Your farm’s generations of hard work and sacrifice do not go unnoticed when we are working with you and your family during this process. Our goal is to be honest, transparent, and strive to get you the best results for the sale of your farm.
